We’re currently staying at this hotel, and so far it’s been an excellent experience. The property feels organized and welcoming, and our room is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. BEA at the front desk deserves a special mention. She’s been friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, made check-in smooth, and has supported us with all our questions. Her customer service has really stood out and made our stay even better. We’re enjoying the visit and would definitely recommend the hotel based on the service and hospitality so far.

The coffee was always fresh, breakfast was delicious, and the kids had a great time in the pool. The hotel was incredibly clean, and housekeeping kept our toiletries and other amenities stocked throughout the stay. Kim made booking easy for us. We liked it so much that we added another day to our trip. We'll be back this summer ☀️

The staff made our stay memorable. Everyone was welcoming and helpful from check-in through checkout, and they seemed to care about making us comfortable. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with very comfortable beds that made it easy to sleep well after a long day of travel. The whole hotel felt modern, clean, and well cared for. Breakfast was included, with a good range of fresh, hot food in a clean, organized space. The indoor pool, fitness center, and common areas added value, and the location was convenient for shopping, restaurants, and nearby attractions. For the comfort, service, and cleanliness, it felt like good value. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Port Elgin, whether for work, a family trip, or a weekend away.

The breakfast was fantastic, and I think the Staybridge hotel and holiday inn express share the dining area, so Holiday Inn guests get some of the extras Staybridge offers 🤭. The front desk staff were friendly, the pool was warm and clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. What an impressive hotel.

I've stayed in Port Elgin for work for 15 years, in all kinds of places, and this hotel and its staff have been the best by far. Everyone is courteous, polite, and genuinely friendly, and they make my stays easy and enjoyable. I come here many weeks a year for work at BP. During my latest visit, Pumpkin Fest made things especially busy, and I'd booked my month-long stay late. Some dates weren't available at first, but Michael Fauteux at the front desk managed to keep me in one room for the whole stay. His dedication and customer service are second to none. I hope management and IHG Corporate recognize him. I'm very grateful for what he did.
