I didn't stay at the Inn, but had an incredible meal at The Chandler Room. Sitting outside in the sunshine with those sea views was wonderful. The chef chooses seasonal ingredients, so the menu is printed on paper. The sharing plates are sized between appetizers and entrées, and every dish was crisp, clean, flavorful, and delicious. I was dining alone and it worked out just fine. Cathy gave excellent, top-tier service. The atmosphere feels high-end but still relaxed and casual. I loved the whole experience and highly recommend it.

The service really made the night. It was some of the best hospitality I've had in years, attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without sounding rehearsed, and genuinely warm. The plates were just as impressive, creative but not overdone, well balanced, precise, and clearly made with care. We came across this little wine bar by chance, and it turned into one of the best meals I've had since moving to the area. It felt intimate, thoughtful, and unpretentious from the moment we walked in, the kind of place where you want to linger all evening. I'm not someone who writes reviews often, and I spent over 35 years in the restaurant business in Boston, San Francisco, Connecticut, and Saint John, NB. My standards are high, and I know how hard it is to get the food, atmosphere, pacing, wine, and service to fit together so naturally. This place exceeded my expectations across the board. If you enjoy thoughtful food, good wine, and genuinely great hospitality, go. We can't wait to return.

The Chandler room is such a cozy spot, with ocean views and attentive staff. The food is always exceptional, and sharing plates makes it easy to try a range of dishes. Great for a date night or an evening out with friends. Can't wait to go back!

We had a superb dinner on the porch overlooking the water during our early September visit to St. Andrews. There were six of us, and Kathie was an excellent server. She handled everyone's dietary restrictions and offered helpful suggestions. The welcome was courteous and friendly while we waited for our table. We'd happily recommend the Chandler as a must-try dining option in the area, and look forward to coming back.

The sunsets from the rear decks were spectacular, and the Treadwell Inn is beautifully furnished and appointed. We stayed a few nights and really enjoyed it. It's well placed for strolling around town, and the team looked after us thoughtfully and cheerfully. Dinner at Chandler Room was a delicious run of shared plates, including cheeses, mussels, and a fresh salad. We highly recommend the Inn.
