The way ownership handled our stay after our wedding has left us very disappointed. My wife and I spent our first two nights after the wedding in a jacuzzi suite in December 2025. On the second night, the water stopped working for the whole evening and overnight. Problems happen, but we were told we'd get a refund for that night and it still hadn't arrived more than two months later. Being promised a refund and then not getting it left a sour taste, and made us wish we'd chosen a big brand. We strongly recommend staying elsewhere for special occasions, since how a company responds is what you remember. Update: the refund was finally processed in March 2026. I appreciate that they did honour it, though it took a while.

We had a great stay this past weekend, and the staff were great too. My only gripe is the TV isn't a smart TV. If you're planning to watch Netflix all weekend, bring a Fire Stick, or you'll be stuck with reruns of The First 48 for two days.

Amber was gentle, attentive, and had such a calming presence during my pedicure. She was lovely, and I’d highly recommend her. The friendly receptionist and clean, beautiful atmosphere made the pampering start as soon as I arrived. The reminder messages were a big help with my busy schedule.

My daughter came from Ottawa and treated me to two nights at this lovely boutique hotel. We were close to George St and Water St, just a short cab ride away. The room was spacious, with a jacuzzi and fireplace, and I enjoyed a great manicure at the spa and a delicious lunch in the quaint cafe.

I was really happy with the result of my Deluxe brow lamination. The technician was friendly, explained what she was doing, and checked my preferences regularly. One thing, though: the service is advertised as including a neck massage, but they don't provide one.
