Days Inn - Sudbury

The room was clean, the beds were so comfortable, and there was no scent, which I really appreciate since I’m scent sensitive. We also had the heated pool to ourselves. The painting of the mines on the walls gave it a whimsical feel. The exercise room was much better equipped than I expected. We stopped here to rest because our destination was too far to drive in one go. The staff were friendly and helpful. Five huge stars ⭐️! Extremely impressive. If you have time, check out Dynamic Earth. We’d definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

What stood out most was the service. Velsy at the front desk went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and the location was convenient. Highly recommend the Clarion Hotel Sudbury, 5 stars all around!

From check-in through the rest of my stay, the service was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Velsy at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, and made check-in feel comfortable and easy. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

On May 11th, the $100 that I’d been told was returned after checkout on May 10th was withdrawn from my account again, with no explanation. I called the front desk to ask what had happened, but the staff member was extremely rude, wouldn’t let me speak to a manager, and disconnected the call. I’ve worked in the hotel industry, so I know professional communication with guests is expected. I’m simply asking for clarification about why my deposit was reversed, and I’d appreciate speaking directly with management about the charge and how this was handled.
