They asked for a $500 damage deposit because I used a Visa debit card, but charged only $150 on a MasterCard. I wouldn't recommend staying here with Visa debit. When I asked about getting the money back, they said the refund would take 2 to 7 days. I've never had to pay a $500 damage deposit before, and I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The staff were wonderful across all shifts. The morning person we called was so helpful, the afternoon staff member when we arrived helped however they could, and housekeeping were incredibly friendly. I had a lovely conversation with one of the housekeepers this morning, which made the place feel homey. Our room had just been redone, I think it was the demo room, and it was bright and really nice. The bed was comfortable. There wasn't a fridge, which we only needed for a few cold pops, so it wasn't a big deal. The location is convenient for food and other things nearby, especially if you don't know the area and don't want to drive far for a bite. Breakfast had lots to choose from, including cereal, hot food, and muffins. I'd recommend staying here if you're passing through. 10/10.

A bit dated, but clean, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was the usual continental spread. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and we'd stay again. Our curtains fell down when we tried to open them, but we mentioned it to the front desk on our way out and it was fixed by the time we returned.

The room was clean and the sheets were clean, but I don't think it was worth the price. It was dated and less well equipped than the queen room at the motel we stayed in in Yorkton. There were only stairs, no elevator, and we had a ton of bags to carry. The shower kept switching between scalding hot and freezing cold. Just horrible. Find somewhere else to stay.

Mohit at the front desk was especially pleasant and helpful, and impressed me by remembering my name. He's a very friendly young man and a credit to the hotel's hiring standards. He deserves recognition for his professionalism. The service was excellent overall, and the staff were polite and helpful. My room was comfortable and just the right size for one.
