We were there from 5pm to 11pm for the show and ended up with chips and chocolate bars for dinner. The theatre bar needs actual meal options, like nachos, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, or fries, especially since people can't re-enter during the show's recess. If outside food and drinks aren't allowed, at least give patrons decent choices inside. This was really disappointing.

Terrible business and no customer service. I put my name on the poker list the other night and had an hour and a half to get to the casino. Once I arrived, they said I had to wait another hour and a half because the room wasn't filled with viewers. They were short staffed, so I waited three hours to play 1-3 poker. Then poker management sent me to guest services, who either didn't care or seemed stunned that they'd been told to talk to me. No apology for the time, nothing. Go gamble somewhere else. This place is total crap. My photo shows 90 people on the Thursday night waitlist while half the room sits empty because there aren't enough dealers.

I've never seen so many different slot machines, and the casino seems much bigger than any other I've been to. It's a beautiful place. My family of three got new membership cards and promotions that gave each of us about $50 to play with. The restaurants were reasonably priced and the staff were polite. Looking forward to visiting again.

The room was spotless and comfortable, with a spectacular view over the race track. We spent the afternoon at the races and the evening in the casino, and I even left a winner. It was my first visit, but definitely won't be my last. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a great time.

The attached hotel is modern, spacious, and in a great location. I've stayed there a few times, and if you can catch a cheap sale, it's definitely worth it. The casino is pretty nice and large, with loads of slots and a decent number of table games. Blackjack at $25 to $50 is kind of crazy, though. I wish they'd have $5 or $10 tables for us simple folks.
