Don't book this condo. The service was terrible. They charged me right away without telling me about the $175 cancellation fee. I tried changing the dates and got nothing but attitude.

Absolutely disgusting. Don't waste your money.

I formally ask that the building review the lobby and elevator camera footage of what happened, and take appropriate measures. I consider this an official warning. If anything like it happens again to me or my colleagues, I will file a formal police complaint against the concierge. On May 18 at 9:52 AM, I arrived to deliver an order at 629 King St W. The instructions said to ask the concierge to unlock the elevator for the 2nd floor, so I did. He didn't unlock it, even after I waited 1-2 minutes and tried the button in another elevator myself. I went back and asked again. He spoke to me rudely and aggressively, told me to leave, and said he wouldn't let me complete the delivery. I tried calling the customer on the intercom, but they didn't answer. The concierge then called me back over and, while insulting me, lectured me that I should wait as long as necessary until he was “ready” to unlock the elevator, even though several minutes had already passed. We went to the elevator together. He finally unlocked it, but held the doors open with his hands while continuing to insult me. I told him, “You do not need to teach me how to do my job.” He got even more upset, yelled at me to leave, kept blocking the doors, and treated me like a criminal. I had to leave the order on the concierge desk and go. The customer didn't get proper, uninterrupted access to the delivery, and I received a negative rating that will take months to fix. In my view, the concierge's conduct violated several administrative regulations and one criminal statute. I've completed over 30,000 deliveries, and this is the first time a concierge has treated me this way. Sadly, it isn't the first negative incident involving staff at 629 King St W. Video of the incident should be on the building's lobby and elevator security systems.
