Bosk had excellent food and the cocktails were amazing. We spent Christmas at Shangri-La Toronto and had a lovely time, with clean, spacious rooms and beautiful bathrooms. The spa looked great, though we didn’t get to book anything, and the pool area was lovely. I would have liked a child-free time at the pool, but it was Christmas and everyone was there to enjoy themselves. My one room complaint is the pillows. I asked for extras from the pillow menu, but only one arrived because the others were already in use. That might be worth looking into. Every staff interaction was five-star, every single time. We didn’t have tea in the lobby, though it looked lovely. I’ll definitely book again next time we’re in Toronto. Great stay, great staff, and an amazing time. Thank you!

I’m already looking forward to coming back. This was my first stay at Shangri-La Toronto, and the service, spa, and room service all impressed me. The food delivered to the room was so good that I chose in-room dining every night instead of trying nearby restaurants. Andre at reception deserves a special mention. He went out of his way several times to help with some unusual requests, and his warmth, professionalism, and attention made everything feel seamless and luxurious. I stay at a lot of five-star hotels in the city, and this may be my new favourite.

I’ve already booked another stay. The staff made the whole visit memorable, building personal connections with guests. Thanks especially to Dominieco at the front desk, Elizabeth, the housekeeping leader, and Anjelica from the health club. The dining was magnificent, particularly in-room dining, and the rooms were beautifully designed with high-tech equipment that made everything feel easy. From the moment I walked in, the service was out of this world and I felt treated like royalty. A 20/10 experience, highly recommend!

The pool and hot tub are gorgeous, and being able to reserve a cabana ahead made it easy to relax. The lobby lounge was a delight, with live music and outstanding food. The sliders were some of the best I’ve ever had, and everything we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. What really made Shangri-La Toronto stand out was how warm and attentive everyone was. Our requests were handled quickly and easily, and the care felt natural, not forced. The beautiful hotel delivered a personal, welcoming luxury experience from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back.

The gym and pool on the fifth floor are amazing, and this hotel is great with kids. The staff make sure their stay is just as pleasant as the adults’. From the valet and front door team through check-in, we were impressed. Checking in was easy, and we were off to our room in no time. Very nice luxury hotel. I’d stay here again.
