Hipster Bachelor Pads

The RED room was so cute, with thoughtful details alongside all the basics. After two days there, I really didn't want to go home. The hotel feels like a calm little break from the busy city, even though it's close to everything in Toronto. I live about 20 minutes away and wasn't sure a staycation would feel like much of a getaway, but Ode changed my mind. The family who owns the place welcomed me so warmly, and you can feel how much care they've put into it. For Toronto locals, it's a lovely way to shake off the winter blues and treat yourself nearby. Thanks to the Ode family. I'll be back.

The personal service made a big impression from the start. Ode Hotel Toronto has its own feel instead of that standard chain-hotel experience, and the comfort, design, and little details all helped make my stay memorable. It was clear they put care into doing something different. I felt appreciated as a guest and would love to return. Highly recommend.

The Toronto-made art around the property gave the place a special local feel, and getting around the city from here was easy. It's a quieter neighborhood, but transit is close, and there are good cafes and restaurants nearby. We had breakfast at the little café across the street. My partner and I stayed just one night, and the hospitality was incredible. The amenities went beyond what I'd expect from a typical hotel or Airbnb. We'll come back on future business trips and visits with friends. Thanks for having us!

West Dundas was a great base for exploring, and as a solo woman traveler I felt very safe. The room was stylish, clean, and tidy, with a kitchenette, kettle, and Nespresso. I appreciated thoughtful details like black washcloths for makeup removal. Woman-owned, IYKYK. I was a little confused about check-in, but the staff communicated clearly and helped me through it. I thought the value and care in the details were impressive. We love supporting family, women, and Black-owned businesses. I'd recommend it.
