I stayed in a furnished residence while moving from the US to Toronto for work. My unit was on Front St West, within walking distance of my downtown office, Union Station, and lots of bars and restaurants. There's even a grocery store on the ground floor. The suite was spacious with amazing views, and the building was well maintained, with friendly staff and a huge indoor pool and hot tub area. MAC also helped me find a long-term rental for after my short-term stay ended, which made the move much easier than I expected. It was a real comfort to have a pleasant place to come back to every night during the process.

King St is incredibly busy, with loads of restaurants and coffee shops, so expect some noise downtown. Still, it's a very convenient place for a short stay in Toronto, and everything you need is within walking distance. I walked to Eaton to meet friends for lunch, Loblaws in Queen to get dinner, and even Sobeys in Fort York Street for salmon fillets. The people at MAC were friendly and efficient, especially Doriana and Bob. Their service is what mattered most to me. I'd come back, and next time I'd probably choose Church street if it's available.
