Toronto Luxury Accommodations - Soho

The residence room had loads of space and everything I needed from an apartment. When I reported a heating problem through the app, the front desk called back quickly. Since it was late, maintenance couldn't come until morning, but they offered me a space heater for the night. The maintenance person arrived first thing the next day and fixed it. I stayed at the Soho last week while in Toronto and loved the place. Thanks for taking such good care of me.

Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and major attractions, SoHo Hotel made for a smooth, enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help, and the stylish rooms were clean, comfortable, and carefully looked after. A strong option for work or leisure, and I'd recommend it. The stay itself was fine, but the total cost felt misleading. There’s a mandatory facility fee on top of the advertised nightly rate. It appears in Booking.com's fine print, but it wasn’t mentioned when we checked in, and we had to pay it even though we didn’t use the facilities. Separating this charge from the headline price makes the hotel look cheaper in search results than it really is. I hope they switch to clear all-in pricing and get rid of these add-on fees.

The heated bathroom floors alone would get a 10/10 from me. I was in town for work and couldn't believe how nice the rooms were, especially since I travel a lot. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. There’s an indoor pool and sauna, plus a gym, though I was too busy to check them out. The hotel also connects to a great cafe on one side and a formal restaurant on the other. I don't usually write hotel reviews, but wanted to give them a shout-out.
