Getting to the freeway or downtown Truro was easy. The room was comfortable, and we chose our tasty, hearty breakfast the night before.

The breakfast was outstanding and went above and beyond, and the host was friendly. The B&B is even prettier than the pictures, with beautiful decor and lots of thoughtful touches. Plenty of towels and fast internet too. Highly recommend this gem. Thanks, Ruth!

We needed somewhere at the last minute between Halifax and CBRM after our flights changed, and Ruth was kind, helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with. The Chignecto Room was beautiful, with lovely attention to detail for guests. Breakfast was out of this world, as you'd expect. We really appreciated everything Ruth did for us on that strange travel weekend. Absolutely a gem of a place.

The rooms were clean and well equipped, and the hostess was very personable. We had delicious dessert and tea in the evening, then the best breakfast of our whole trip!

The owner was so sweet and helpful, and the coffee was excellent. Breakfast was delicious too. We had a lovely, comfortable bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
