Vancouver Extended Stay

My wife and I stayed with VES for two months, and the whole experience was amazing, from booking through checkout. The apartment was super clean and equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. Susan, Pegah and Asela were so helpful and made us feel at home. You are the best! I stayed here with my family for a month over the summer, and it was a fantastic stay. From the start, the service was excellent. They replied to my emails quickly despite the time difference and answered all my questions. The apartment was stunning, with very new, clean furniture, and looked just like the website photos, which is rare these days. It’s a five-minute walk to the seawall, and Canada place is a 15 minutes stroll. Both Grouse mountain and Capilano Bridge have a free shuttle service right by the apartment. There’s a lot to see nearby on foot or by bike, which can save $$$ on taxis and public transport. The prices were reasonable and great value even in peak season. Downtown is one of the most expensive areas in Vancouver city, but the views, parking spaces, furniture, and maid service made the value second to none. We also asked for a non-stick pan because, although there were many high-quality stainless steel pans, we were used to teflon. A brand new one arrived free of charge within a few hours. Any small issues were sorted in around an hour, and at the latest within the day. The team’s attention to those details and eagerness to help made the stay pleasant. Everyone seemed to feel responsible to customers, which is fantastic. Don’t waste your money elsewhere with staff who have 0 sense of responsibility once you’ve paid. This also works out way better value than Airbnb, hotels, and other rental companies with apartments in the same building. For the same or even less money, you get luxury, space, freedom, and a sense of security with the amazing team behind VES.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well kept, and I felt good about the security system. The location was ideal for getting to the city centre and nearby attractions. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and I was especially impressed by Miss.Wendy from the finance office. She was the best. Their professionalism and customer service made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I hope to come back for longer next time. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We spent 30 days here during Summer 2022 after flying in from Australia. The apartment was clean, and the view was spectacular. Everything we needed was close by, and in our opinion there isn't a better spot to stay in the city. Booking with the team was easy and friendly. We’re already looking forward to staying again.
