For the price, this was a really nice place, and we could walk to everything we wanted to see. Traffic outside was noisy, though, and the sheets on the Murphy bed weren’t clean. I asked for fresh ones, and the young woman at the desk brought them to our room quickly. We enjoyed our stay at Helm's Inn and would recommend it.

Atraya and Hailey were especially kind and helpful when they brought us extra blankets. The rest of the staff were accommodating too, and the parking felt safe and convenient. I stayed with a friend in a studio over Easter long weekend, and it was easy to explore Victoria on foot, whether heading downtown or to the park. I’d recommend Helms Inn in a heartbeat. Stephanie.

We stayed for a girls’ weekend in the city, and I was pleasantly surprised. The decor isn’t especially modern, but the rooms feel cozy and quaint, not dated. They’re charming, well equipped, and really clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is hard to beat. I’d expected less for the price, but this place won me over.

We found the rates very reasonable for what we got. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and spotless, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout our family’s visit to Victoria. The location was another big plus, with downtown and everything else within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay at Helms Inn, and I highly recommend it.

Inside, this modest-looking place is charming and quaint. Our accommodations were spacious and comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk to all the sights we wanted to see. Everyone was welcoming, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help. I’d gladly return after such a great stay.
