Room 106 was clean, the sheets felt nice, and the bathroom fixtures all worked. The staff were great, especially the cheerful person who checked me in and suggested somewhere for dinner. The location in Victoria was good, and I felt safe both in the room and with my car parked outside. The room was partly below the parking lot, with its window facing the lot. When a car idled backed into a space, exhaust came through the AC and into the room. The mini-fridge was loud enough that I unplugged it. There was basically no soundproofing or weather stripping around the door, so hallway noise came straight in. Light also showed through other door jambs in the hall, which made me think it was the same in all the rooms. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

It was impressively quiet considering the hotel is next to a very busy road. Our room matched the photos, with a small fridge and microwave, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff had helpful suggestions for bus routes, EV charging, places to eat, and more. Downtown was an 18-minute walk for us, though we were hoofing it in the rain. Good value, especially with parking included.

For a budget place, this was really good, and the staff were super friendly. We happened to be there while they were dealing with sugar ants. A man at the front desk gladly gave us a trap, and we only really saw them in the bathroom. We'll probably stay again.

We were here for 4 days, and the customer service was fantastic. The rooms were nicely updated and the price is a complete bargain. I only noticed one issue: the walls by the nightstand were dirty, like someone had thrown coffee there. We couldn't get into the Sandman, so we booked here. Where has this place been? It's our new place to stay when we're in Victoria, and we'll recommend it. Thanks.

A very basic place to stay, but it's clean and newly renovated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it's very good budget accommodation. Parking can be a challenge, especially if you need a larger space. There's no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.
