The evening was really quiet and peaceful, and the location in town is convenient. The rooms are spacious, with clean, comfortable beds, though they’re in somewhat rough condition. The air conditioning works great, and the caterer was very friendly. Excellent customer service.

I’d give the room zero if I could. The carpets seemed to have had at least a partial vacuum and I think the sheets looked clean, but the rest was filthy. Counters and surfaces hadn’t been wiped in who knows how long, the toilet was dirty, and the shower had grime from many guests back. There was food left in the microwave and the fridge was dirty too. The windows and floors were dirty, with stains and strange yellow-white stuff on the floor. It really didn’t look like the room had been cleaned between guests. They charged $99 a night, even though it was listed online for $89. Just don’t stay here.

Roland, the property manager, was accommodating throughout our stay and handled our repeated itinerary changes because of our schedules with real flexibility. He was helpful and professional, and kept coffee available whenever we wanted it. The place was clean, neat, and orderly. We highly recommend a visit or stay. Great job, Roland!

My grandmother and I booked room 17, but when we asked to see it, we didn’t like that it was at the back of the building. There were floor stains, some on the fridge too, odd yellow-white stuff on the floor, and windows that looked uncleaned for months. The owner showed us room 3 instead, a smoking room. The smell hit as soon as we walked in, it was horrible, and that room had more floor stains and windows that also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. We cancelled without checking in or out, but were still charged for the night. The official website said cancellation was free and didn’t mention that there was a cutoff after which we’d have to pay.
