The staff were friendly and the room was clean, though housekeeping came after the first night but not the second, which I didn't really understand. A few fire alarms went off for no clear reason, and nothing seemed to happen. Breakfast choices were very limited and all sweet, even though they have microwaveable oatmeal and no microwave at the breakfast bar. There are no elevators and no rooms on the main floor, which was fine for us but may not work for everyone. For the price it was okay, just don't expect anything special.

We couldn't recommend this place after seeing two rooms with filthy sheets and carpets. Across the four beds, none looked clean, and one room also had a used, stained towel. We asked for clean sheets, were moved, and found the second room just as bad. We were worried about bed bugs, so asked for a refund and booked a last-minute room at the Super 8. The desk clerk couldn't refund our credit card, so he went to the pizza place next door and returned with cash.

We spent five nights here, and the place was very nice, though it has no elevator. On the second-to-last night, the shower dial stopped working properly. They offered to move us for our final night, but the woman at the desk grabbed her little bag of allen keys and a replacement part and had it fixed in about five minutes.

My husband and I had booked three nights, but we left after finding dirty bedding in both rooms. The two queen beds in our first room had blood and other awful stains. They offered another room, but the beds there had hairs on the sheets. None of the four beds had a clean set. We asked for our money back because I wasn't going to stay, and they couldn't refund the card, so they had to get cash from somewhere else. Luckily, another hotel took us in. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
