After a terrible stay at another hotel in town, we moved here. The woman we spoke to on the phone was understanding and gave us a good rate for a king bed in the newer section. Our room was clean, the bed was good, and there was a decent-sized fridge and a microwave. The pool looked nice, though we didn't bring swimsuits and couldn't use it. Breakfast was good, with waffles, eggs, toast and fruit, and there was a large eating area. Plenty of parking and friendly staff too.

We were here with a soccer team, and the front desk staff helped keep our rooms near each other. She even brought a big stack of towels to the pool for the girls. There was a booking error, which wasn't the hotel's fault, but staff sorted it out right away. Our rooms were clean, and when we needed extra bedding it arrived in under five minutes. We'd stay again without hesitation.

We had two rooms for two nights, with two adults in each and four children under eight altogether. The hotel was clean, the front desk staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. The pool was great and definitely suited to kids. They loved being able to ask the front desk for a cookie every day, sometimes twice. We were very happy with the stay.

The building was old and unpleasant. The floors were stained, the air conditioning didn't work, and the whole place was uncomfortably hot. There was an overwhelming cleaning-supply smell right at the entrance, while elsewhere the hotel smelled rotten and decaying. We were supposed to be in the new building with my family and the rest of the wedding party, but got put in the other one. Several guests complained about the front staff, and while we were checking in, another staff member was rude to a guest on the phone. The women who helped us check in and out were both very nice. The bed was comfortable, the fridge worked, and the shower was okay.
