The balcony looked out over the pool and mountains, and we really appreciated being moved up to a studio. The setting and architecture are stunning, too. Rohan made check-in feel especially personal with his generosity and how accommodating he was. After more than 30 years as a Marriott client, this was easily my best experience there. Everyone we dealt with was warm, polite, and friendly.

The mountain view was amazing, and the spacious room had a very comfortable bed and a kitchenette stocked with everything we needed. Breakfast was another highlight, especially the fresh, tasty omelet, and the service was great. It’s conveniently located, with an EV charger in the parking area. Everyone was lovely, too. This was my first visit to Westinn, and I’ve already booked another stay. Great pet-friendly hotel.

Kelly, Alica, and Zachary made our first trip to Whistler feel personal and memorable. They were warm, professional, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome and looked after. The property was beautiful and well kept, with a comfortable, luxurious feel throughout. Everything about the atmosphere and service met a high standard. We came away delighted with our first visit and are already looking forward to coming back.

Those little touches, including the lavender sleep amenities, made a difference to me. My room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view and a full kitchen that came in handy. Housekeeping did a great job, and the staff were friendly. The location is perfect, with everything close by. I had a really enjoyable stay at The Westin Resort & Spa Whistler.

Kelly made us feel welcome right away when he checked us in. He was friendly, professional, and so accommodating that I’d give him an 11 out of 10. Zachary was helpful as well, and the front desk service was outstanding. My family and I stayed on March 21, and the room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and would definitely recommend the hotel. Thanks to the team for making it memorable.
