Brianna was amazing, but the other staff showed no regard for the fact that someone who had paid to extend a room might want to sleep in before coming down for the deposit and new keys. It was an awful experience, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. The Residence Inn is much better to deal with.

The beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The main problem was the very low toilets, which made it hard for my mother-in-law, who’s older, to sit down and get back up. Apart from that, we had a great stay.

I was woken up several times even after telling the front desk I’d extend my reservation and pay for the room again online. Then I woke to find a man in my room while I was partly undressed, followed by more calls. Horrible experience, and I won’t stay here again. I don’t recommend it. Book next door at Residence Inn, where they’re much more accommodating.

I’ve stayed here twice over the last three months, nine days each time, for a total of eighteen days. It’s a fabulous hotel, and the staff are consistently friendly and professional, quick to help with questions or problems. The rooms are clean and feel in line with Holiday Inn standards. Beds are comfortable, lighting is fine, and the furniture makes good use of space. There’s a safe in the room, and the large, clean, functional bathroom has a renovated shower and lots of counter space. The drapes darken the room well or block the sun, and are easy to use. The breakfast is above average for both selection and quality, and the area is easy to access just right of the entrance. Food is hot and varied, and you can eat there or take it to your room. Staff ask about preferences and feedback. There’s also a 24/7 coffee station in the lobby, with good coffee and tea in the room too. The coffee maker is easy to use, and you can request toiletries at the front desk. The fitness room is clean and well equipped, and the outdoor pool is open seasonally. One elevator serves all four floors, but it’s quick and there’s rarely a wait. Stairs at both ends of the building are easy to access. Snacks and wine are available in the lobby. Room entry cards work the first time, and digital checkout is available. There’s plenty of parking on the west, north, and east sides. The hotel is beside the 401 but remains quiet. Sports teams were staying in September, though noise wasn’t an issue on the fourth floor. Corner rooms tend to be quieter, and signs give quiet hours as 10 pm to 8 am, which I appreciate. Some chains make it hard to sleep when they don’t have a quiet policy. Several excellent restaurants are within walking distance south of the 401, and stores are just a short drive north. Holiday Inn Express and Holiday Inn and Suites are dependable for consistent standards, and this location is no exception.
