We enjoyed our one-night getaway and felt we got our money’s worth. Our room was quiet and clean, with very comfortable beds, and everyone from Security to our waitress was pleasant. We also had a fantastic time at the Fab Four concert, did some gambling at Playmakers and Club Regent, and had a delicious breakfast at Altos. When I booked, the queen room listing showed two beds. At check-in I was told I’d need to pay another $20 for that room. We had a good concert and room deal through TicketMaster, so I paid without arguing. Aside from that, everything was great. Thank you!

I had three major problems and won’t stay here again unless I absolutely have to. I booked a queen room for four nights, four weeks ahead, at $175 per night, or a little over $180 with tax, as confirmed by the person who took the booking. At check-in, they said that room was only available for the first night and wanted me to move the next day. I refused and asked what they could do instead. They offered a king suite for an extra $100 total so we wouldn’t have to switch rooms, and I accepted. Then they gave me a total of $1388.76. They said the nightly rates varied from $219 to $299. I was too tired to argue, and the front desk woman barely spoke English, so I paid and kept the receipt as proof. During our five-day stay, my husband put up the do not disturb sign because we didn’t need much and had everything in the room. Housekeeping came in anyway, both while he was sleeping and while we were out. I also left my YETI water bottle and phone charger behind by mistake. That part was my fault, but I called as soon as I remembered. I live four hours away and was halfway home. We searched the whole truck before calling, and I know I didn’t leave the hotel with my $45 tumbler. Housekeeping said nothing had been found, even though I know both items were in the room. I’d already paid almost $1400, and it feels like I was robbed of my belongings too.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the parking felt quite secure with mobile guards monitoring the lot. I’d call it a pretty good place, though it was missing extras like bottled water, extra cups, and a kitchen table. There’s no pool here. The main hotel restaurant doesn’t offer gluten-free bread, while the casino restaurant takes extra precautions and sends the chef to your table.

We enjoyed the concert at the event center, dinner and breakfast at Altos, and a little gambling. The buffet was really good, and its service was excellent. Our only complaint was the poor service from our waiter at Altos.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and Aaltos at this location is consistently fantastic. The beds are okay, though not especially comfortable, and parking can be difficult on a busy night. The listing says the rooms are soundproof, but I’ve always stayed on the top floor and can hear the hallway as if my suite door were open. Housekeeping knocks on every door, and on my last stay some drunk women were shouting and playing games out there well past midnight, so I called security. We ended up moving to the other location down the road, and Diana and Kelly were awesome about sorting it out.
