The apartment was comfortable and clean, with the basics covered: an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and small fridge. Getting two sets of keys was handy for our family. Laundry is in the basement, with the washing machine costing 3 CHF and the dryer 4 CHF. You book and pay through the WeWash applicazione. For rubbish, you have to buy special Bebbisagg bags at a supermarket and take them to a designated room in the basement. The administration usually replied to emails within three days. The downsides were the tiny sofa bed, which was uncomfortable even for a teenager, and the required final cleaning fee of about 600 CHF, which felt far too expensive. The elevator was being repaired for almost two weeks, and they neither offered a lower-floor apartment nor gave a discount for the inconvenience.

We couldn't get into the accommodation we'd reserved, even though we were there with our 7-month-old baby. They still refused to refund the several hundred francs we had paid. Customer service was unpleasant, and you can only reach them on weekdays during office hours, 8am-5pm. I strongly advise against staying here.
