The apartment is bright, warm, quiet, and nicely arranged, with a big balcony that’s lovely to sit on. The meals looked appealing and tasted good, and there’s a varied program of activities for residents. My mother has been there for nearly a week. Moving was hard for her, but she’s really come into her own since the first day and feels well cared for. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and accommodating, and communication was pleasant from beginning to end. Many thanks to the Senevita team for such great service.

We can’t recommend Senevita Wangenmatt based on what happened to our family. Our mother and grandmother was grieving her husband and experiencing hypoactive delirium, yet she signed the care contract herself. We soon saw shortcomings in the care and support. The SRF report of January 25, 2023 about Senevita Bümpliz, part of the same group, confirmed our recent decision to cancel. We’re left with grief and disappointment, plus a bill of over CHF 6,000 for February’s basic fee, including care, even though she didn’t spend a single day at Senevita Wangenmatt that month.

June 14, 2021. We were greeted so warmly by Mrs. S. Marchon, who was friendly and sympathetic and welcomed us with open arms. There was a red carpet, a personalized welcome sign, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The room was beautiful too, though the parquet floor was slippery. Thank you.
