The hotel was in a perfect spot, and the room was just right: spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. Breakfast was delicious, and they kept replenishing the buffet.

The room was generally quiet, but the door closes automatically and slams hard. You can hear other rooms' doors banging too, so that could be improved. Mr Bastien was friendly and professional from our phone conversation through check-in. He has a really good attitude.

The room was plain, but clean and practical, and breakfast was simple with fresh, good-quality food. We got a very warm welcome from the staff. The hall was a fun place to hang out, have a beer and play pool.

We had a great view of the forest from our clean room, which had a lovely design. Staff were really friendly, and breakfast was good. Downtown is a little far, but transport makes that easy enough: there's a bus stop in front of the hotel, and a bus or tram came by every five minutes. There are lots of small restaurants nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant was good too. Strongly recommended.

Really liked this quirky hotel, and the staff were amazing. Breakfast had everything you could want, and then some. Definitely recommend it. A fridge would have been nice to have included. You can upgrade to get one, but it would be better if it came with the room.
