Thomas and Quentin at reception were so welcoming and attentive, and always professional and helpful. The room was elegant and stylish, with a thoughtful layout that felt both luxurious and comfortable after a workday in Geneva. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bristol in Geneva and would definitely come back on a future visit.

The breakfast was delicious, and the shower had good pressure and water quality, which isn’t surprising in Geneva. My room was a good size and laid out smartly. It’s a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, in a great spot close to the city center. Couldn’t ask for more.

We slept really well, the beds were comfy, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The spa was beautiful and well equipped, with wet and dry saunas, plus complimentary water and herbal tea. It’s about a five-minute walk to Jet d'Eau, right by a bus stop, and roughly ten minutes to the train station. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel, but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great place and location, we’d stay again.

The spa area is really well equipped, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. There’s a ski shop right in the lobby, it’s close to everything, and families get kids’ movies in the evenings along with free drinks and pastries in the late afternoon. We’ll come back!
