The location felt quiet and safe, and the price was decent for Geneva. Reception staff were courteous and helpful. Our spacious rooms were on the top floor. The bathrooms had good showers, though the toiletries were basic and the bathroom kits minimal. There were some signs of wear, including windows affected by a water leak that seemed porous, as shown in the picture. It didn't bother us, and the rooms were still soundproof.

The beds were comfortable, and they serviced the room every day. Having the bus stop right outside was amazing, especially with the free travel card they give you.

Sleep was difficult here. The hotel is right beside the street, the windows don't block sound well, and I could hear everything going on in other rooms too. The rooms are really dated. The bed for two was extremely narrow, not fit for more than one person. In the bathroom, the mirror had a huge crack, the sink was clogged and smelled extremely bad, and the toilet seat wasn't attached properly or even the right fit. I'd spend another 10-30 francs for somewhere better. Don't waste your sleep and money here.

I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The hotel was really nice and quiet, and my big first-floor room was well located. Bus station No 11 is right in front.

Guests get a Geneva pass for free transportation around the city, including boats, which is awesome. The location is excellent, right in central Geneva. Tram 18 to Bell Air is two blocks away, and that's where Lake Geneva is located.
