Novotel Geneve Centre

Novotel Genève Centre has comfortable rooms, a very pleasant atmosphere, and an excellent location. I had a wonderful stay. One thing that could be better is follow-up after checkout. I emailed after my visit and didn’t get a reply. I’m sure it may have been an oversight, and better post-stay communication would make the guest experience even stronger.

Daniela’s attentive, helpful service made a real difference during my stay. She went out of her way to make sure everything was right, and her warm manner made the experience special. The Novotel in Geneva is modern and comfortable, with clean, spacious rooms and a welcoming, relaxing feel. It’s also perfectly located for exploring the city. Great facilities and service, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Geneva.

I spent a week here for a business engagement. The bed was generally comfortable and everything worked, but I didn’t need two giant single beds in the large bedroom. I’d have preferred a double bed and a comfortable chair or sofa. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which felt odd because there was no sink in the toilet room. I think one larger bathroom would work better, with a toilet, sink, and shower. The bath wasn’t needed and could be left out. I also prefer sleeping with fresh air and don’t like air conditioning, so I turned it off. The window didn’t open, which I didn’t like. The AC/heater was on each time I came back to the room, even when it was unoccupied. Turning it off while rooms are empty could save money.

Friendly staff, a good location, and large, clean rooms. The sauna and steam bath were nice after a day out. The pillows were horrible, so ask for feather ones or another option. The plastic mattress cover wasn’t comfortable.
