The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was nicely furnished and bright, and everything was very clean. The place feels newly furnished, with minimalist but comfortable beds and soft, pleasant linens. Wi-Fi was free and reliable in every room. Having air conditioning in each bedroom and in the kitchen was a real comfort. I'd happily stay again and recommend it.

The sleeping air was stuffy, and none of the windows could be opened. There was no staff on site, and the four dormitories shared just one women's and one men's toilet and shower. In Dormitory 1, five bunk beds mean ten people share a room separated from the main road only by a large shop window and a curtain that doesn't cover enough. Headlights came into the room and traffic was clearly audible. When we arrived, both heating and air conditioning were running at the same time 😞. The owners seem more focused on profit than on being hosts. I wouldn't recommend SBC Hostel in Kreuzlingen except in an absolute emergency.

It's one of the most affordable hostels near Kreuzlingen, and check-in and check-out were straightforward: the keys were in a safe. The bunk beds are fine for a single night, but I wouldn't want to stay longer because you can feel the slats through the mattress.

After a long drive on our summer cycling trip, we found a clean, pleasant place to stay at the SBCHOSTEL, with everything organized just right. We had a lovely rest, a warm shower, and an inviting kitchen area. Everything was as expected. We'd highly recommend it for a spontaneous night away. The Seel family

Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, from the comfortable beds to the modern bathrooms and toilets. The hostel is new and well maintained, with a well-equipped kitchen too. We were very satisfied and would definitely stay again.
