The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean, but the stay felt hard to justify at 260 francs a night for one person. There wasn't even tea or coffee in the room or water on the floor, and slippers cost 3 francs while a toiletries kit was 4. The sauna also requires nudity, something the website doesn't mention, and that won't suit everyone. I left my suitcase at the hotel on my last day and called because I was running late, asking them to have it ready. The receptionist said she was alone and couldn't help. Yet five minutes later, a man was there and opened the room where my bag was kept, so reception could apparently be left for a minute. The communication at the desk was hit or miss. After I picked up the case and got on the bus, I found its handle was broken and wouldn't retract. They say they're not responsible for stored belongings, so I doubt contacting them would get me anywhere, even though they accepted the bag for storage.

We loved the place during a beautiful fall weekend. The spa was nice, breakfast delicious, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, and the facilities are very good, with free covered parking too. Definitely recommend!

Natalie was amazing, and the rest of the staff were friendly too. We really liked staying in the cute town of Pontresina, outside St. Moritz, which is about a 10 minute bus ride away. The hotel shuttle takes you to the train station where you can catch the bus, which was very convenient. For skiing or snowboarding, I'd rent equipment in St. Moritz. We used the hotel-recommended Gruber Sports and liked it, but hauling all the gear into town could have been avoided. Sledging at Preda or Muottas Mural was so much fun, for couples and families alike. The hotel was also a great price!

If you're mountain biking, this place is highly recommendable. They have a bike park, somewhere to wash your bikes, and a shower you can use after your last ride on departure day. The rooms are nice and modern, the staff are friendly, and dinner at the in-house restaurant Crap da Fö was excellent.

A quiet, affordable room, a great breakfast, and a spa with an awesome mountain view. The staff were really nice too. I'll definitely come back.
