2/10
We were a group of 68, mostly older people, and there were tables for only around 35 in the restaurant, despite the hotel having around 100 beds. At 10 p.m., tired and hungry, we had to wait with no chairs. The kitchen is in the basement, and dishes were carried to the restaurant through the reception hall, which was a total mess. When we arrived, the lift was out of order. Imagine carrying luggage up to the fifth floor, with no staff to help. The next morning, someone who seemed to be a manager was extremely unfriendly, insulting, and rude, treating us like intruders. Definitely don't stay here. It was the worst hotel I've ever seen or stayed in.

The room was lovely, modern, and clean. Communication was really nice, and I got lots of tips for my stay. Everything went perfectly, from the start through checkout.

The family room had a fully equipped kitchen, which was a big plus for traveling with kids or making your own meals. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. It felt fresh and convenient. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we felt welcome right away. We had a fantastic experience at Tailormade Hotel Idea Zurich. It seems like a great option for families wanting space, comfort, and warm hospitality in Zurich. Highly recommended!

I wasn't even staying at this hotel. I was in Switzerland for a conference and needed help with something, and the reception staff were really nice to me. They helped me and even offered me breakfast. I really appreciate them.

Nice and quiet hotel, though there were lots of kids outside.
