The food and evening entertainment were a big part of what we enjoyed. Breakfast was very rich, and the piano music in the morning was lovely. Dinner at Neora restaurant is a must, and the pizza at Crazy Pizza restaurant was worth it, with a great atmosphere from the staff. The lobby bar’s signature cocktails were balanced and delicious, and the singers made for a pleasant mood. For fun and entertainment, Billionaire is perfect. I visited in mid-January with a group of friends, and we were all impressed. The GM, Konstantin, was professional and hospitable, paid attention to us, and advised us on how to spend our time. F&B manager Nikolay did his job perfectly and tried to make sure everyone had a great food experience. The Signal lift is within walking distance, which mattered to my friends and me. The hotel spa was excellent for recovering after long days on the slopes, and the rooms were clean, a good size, and had very comfortable beds. I was extremely pleased with the stay at Grand Hotel Kempinski St. Moritz, which exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was peaceful at night, and I slept really well. My room was spotless, nicely designed and had very comfortable bedding, with all the amenities I needed. The facilities were in excellent condition, and the restaurant brought together a lovely atmosphere and outstanding food. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, high-quality choices. From arrival on, the staff were welcoming, professional and attentive to the details. A wonderful five-star stay.

Breakfast was a real highlight: lots of high-quality choices, beautifully presented and enjoyed in a calm, elegant setting. The team were caring and warm, always attentive without hovering, and their hospitality made me feel valued and at home. Kempinski St. Moritz has a timeless feel, with comfort and care in the details. My stay was memorable, and I’d gladly return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for elegance and attentive service.

We came as outside guests and were struck by the hotel’s quality, from the beautiful property and elegant feel to the kind, welcoming staff. Live piano music gave the evening a warm, sophisticated atmosphere. We tried both the bar and Les Saisons restaurant, and each exceeded our expectations. Francesco from Les Saisons deserves a special mention. He guided us through dinner with professionalism and discretion, explaining each dish with such knowledge and passion that we felt cared for the whole way through. It’s rare to find hospitality at this level. We’ll definitely come back.

There was plenty to do without needing to leave the Grand Hotel Des Bains Kempinski. You could choose a lively night out or a quiet dinner among its iconic restaurants, all with delicious food and vibrant atmospheres. Breakfast was fresh and had everything you could ask for, with live piano music. The clean spa had something for every taste, and there were sports activities as well as easy gondola access for skiers. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were professional, helpful and kind. Hospitality was at the highest level. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back.
