The location was ideal, in a quiet part of Thun and just steps from a bus stop. It’s about a 10-minute ride to the city center and Thun train station. I had a very pleasant stay on my first trip to Switzerland. My room was small but just right for one person, very clean, and quiet at night, with a comfortable bed. Coffee and bottled water were free by the front desk. The staff were kind and helpful, and the room cleaning team always did a fantastic job. I didn’t get to try the restaurant next door, though there were always people there when I passed.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel felt modern and very clean. Breakfast was tasty, with a decent continental selection. The bathroom was roomy, but there was no door separating it from the main room. A sliding door could close either the toilet or the shower. That worked fine for me, though it might feel awkward if you’re sharing with friends or family.

There’s a bus stop close by with a direct ride downtown, and the hotel itself was very comfortable with a nice view. The staff were friendly and really kind. Such an amazing experience, thank you!

The service was super kind and attentive, and the restaurant was delicious. The river is nearby, though getting to the lake takes around 30 minutes by bus. It’s a nice business hotel in general, with good conference rooms. My main issue was the bathroom setup: there’s no door to the toilet, and one door has to serve either the toilet or the shower. It wasn’t a huge problem, but sharing a room with a colleague could feel a bit weird. Still, I had a good stay :)

The room was nice, with a perfect bed, and the staff were friendly and professional. Sunday self check-in was quick, and there’s a free coffee corner with coffee, tea, and water. Great hotel, I’d totally recommend it.
