The ceiling coming down beside my bed while I was asleep was frightening. Fortunately it missed me, but a large section fell onto the floor. I couldn't reach anyone at reception, and nobody came to inspect it. A man from the restaurant got in touch with the manager and told him what had happened. We chose not to stay the second night because it felt too dangerous. Two and a half weeks later, I still hadn't received my refund. Later, a woman on the phone told me she had actually closed the room because it was dilapidated. The owner rented it to me anyway, knowing about the risk. I plan to report this hotel to the authorities. The room itself also badly needs renovation. The shower curtains had been cut in half to save money, there was a musty smell, and the fixtures were covered in verdigris.

I've booked a room here twice now, including yesterday, and would gladly come back anytime. I was completely satisfied with my stay and really grateful for the excellent service. The gentleman at reception deserves special mention: he was so friendly, helpful, and personable that I felt welcome and well looked after right away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The location is close to the city center, and there's a kebab place right next door if you get hungry. My room was clean and well kept, with a comfortable bed and clean, soft bedding, at least in my opinion. Online registration is straightforward, as long as you get it right at the start. 😅

Right next to the train station, so the location is very central and convenient, apart from the knife attacks. The service was just okay, nothing special but not something I could complain about. The floor wasn't level and the fridge hummed all night. The small bathroom was an absolute disgrace, only moderately clean, and the toilet wasn't fully functional or up to standard. With no air conditioning, it was unbearable.
