A really lovely place, with spacious, well-equipped rooms. The kitchen has the essentials, so ask if you need anything extra, like a fondue pan.

The apartment is well serviced and the room is great. Just be ready for the climb up to it, and bring your own things along.

The staff were extremely nice. I do think management could improve a couple of things, though, like extending the wellness hours and having more staff on site.

The penthouse had a big living area and three good double bedrooms. Great views of the Matterhorn from the balcony, too.
