The balcony view of the Matterhorn was stunning, and the bed was so comfortable. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, and communication throughout our stay was smooth and easy. The only small drawback was Wi Fi that got slow and spotty at times. It didn't take away from a great stay, and we'd happily come back and recommend it.

We stayed at the end of January 2026 and had a great time. There was plenty of space for all 3 of us in the apartment. The location worked well for us, just down from the train station and lift. The check-in staff were helpful, and they had a place to store our gear before and after. I'd definitely stay here again.

We booked a room with a Matterhorn view, then walked 15mins to our unit after checking in. The balcony had no Matterhorn view, which was a surprise. We tried contacting them but got no reply at all. Be careful booking units with them, don’t get scam!!

From our apartment balcony, we could see the Matterhorn and watch the sunrise. The 2 bedrooms apartment was spacious, with 1 shower and 2 toilets, and the kitchen was equipped. It's at least 12 mins on foot from the Zermatt train station, but the bus service is very convenient, with a stop nearby. There's a bit of an uphill walk to the apartment, but it's manageable.

For the price, the room was huge, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Mine had a balcony with a matterhorn view, which was a nice plus. It isn't in the central area, but it's about 8 min walk from the train station, with a greenline bus stop 2 min away and the nearest mart 5 min away. It had almost everything needed, including all the common appliances except for washer. The only little issue was the flat pillows, so I had to stack the sofa pillows. All in all, very happy with what we got.
