We could get around the old city on foot and reach places easily without using public transport. The hotel itself feels special and distinctive, with a comfortable, exceptionally clean room. Staff were charming and glad to help with any request, and breakfast was excellent.

Once you're there, the location works well for shopping and sightseeing, and the hotel has a quaint feel with warm, good service. Getting there is the awkward part: city traffic restrictions mean most vehicles from the station or airport can't reach it, so expect a 5-10 minute walk. Breakfast was great, but the room size, quality and amenities didn't feel worth the high price.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the old town sights are easy to reach on foot from this quiet little side street. The rooms were beautifully appointed and spotless. Such a lovely hotel, with staff who were unbelievably helpful and a joy to deal with. I can't recommend it enough.

The room was impeccable and the staff were top-notch. Breakfast was generous, and do order the scrambled eggs! I'll be back soon...

The sloped road up to the hotel could make access difficult for some, though its old town location is excellent and many attractions are a short walk away. My room was cosy and quaint, and the hotel was pretty quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was a little small, but I could still wash properly, so it wasn't a big issue. Loved staying here and will book again when I'm back in Zurich.
