VISIONAPARTMENTS Zurich Waffenplatzstrasse

The apartment was clean, and both check-in and check-out were easy. We'd read complaints about the curtains and showers, but those had been fixed and caused us no trouble. There's no elevator, so getting to your room may be difficult depending on the floor. The toilet was a bit small, with too little mirror space for two people to get ready at once, but it was okay for the price. The neighborhood felt nice and safe, and although it isn't central, the tram ride to the centre takes about 15-20 minutes.

We had a really nice stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, and modern, with a comfortable bed, a kitchen that had everything we needed, and a spotless bathroom. I don't really get the negative reviews.

The room was spacious and the place was great, but I didn't have a key to the bathroom.

The apartment was much smaller than the photos suggested, and the access hours were ridiculous. The code didn't work until 3 pm, even though we arrived three hours earlier and had been told we might get in before then. We were left outside in the cold until 3. Inside, the pillows were old, the sheets weren't clean enough, the TV didn't work, and the kitchen was tiny. Worst of all, the drain was blocked, so taking a decent shower was difficult. We left at 10 am, with the cleaner already at the door by 9:50. If you don't leave by 10, they'll call and say they'll contact the police. What a shame, Visionapartment in Zurich. Avoid it.
