The staff made the stay feel welcoming from the beginning. Everyone I met was attentive and friendly, and manager John and Alexandra deserve special thanks for their professionalism and hospitality. Their care showed in how smoothly and comfortably everything went. The Ibis Hotel was clean and well kept, with modern rooms that had what we needed. The beds were very cozy, and the atmosphere felt warm. Its location was convenient and safe, with transport and key attractions nearby. I’d happily recommend the Ibis Hotel for comfort, value, and service, and plan to stay again on my next visit.

The shower was my one real issue: its door was clear, with a mirror directly opposite, so there was hardly any privacy. Otherwise, our few days at the ibis Styles in Zurich were great. We walked easily from the main city center station. The room was small but clean, and it was a convenient stop before continuing on to Milan.

A quiet, comfortable place with no frills. Zurich HB is around a 5-7 minute walk, and the Old town takes about 15-20 minutes to reach on foot. I only wish they supplied water in the room. You need to bring your own bottle and refill it at reception.

We arrived in Zurich in the morning, and manager Reiner and staff Yamei kindly let us check in early. Two people in our group had their flights cancelled because of the recent war and couldn’t join us. Since we booked through an agent, they advised us to contact the agent first, then said they could handle it on their end once they received confirmation. They were very friendly and helpful.

The staff really helped when the airline lost my luggage. Thankfully it turned up and was delivered while I was out exploring, and the team took it in and kept it safe until I returned. I’d stay here again. The hotel itself was nice, and the location worked well for me. I could walk from the train station and get to restaurants without trouble.
