La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich

The rooftop bar and restaurant were a highlight for me. The food was outstanding, and the setting was great for relaxing or taking in the city skyline. My spacious, immaculate room had beautiful lake views, a very comfortable bed and top-quality amenities. From arrival onward, the staff were warm, attentive and thoughtful. La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich combines historic character with elegant modern design, and the details feel luxurious without losing a welcoming atmosphere. It's peaceful and exclusive-feeling, yet within walking distance of Zurich's main attractions. One of my best hotel stays, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone after a refined, memorable visit.

The view across Lake Zurich was stunning, especially around sunrise and sunset. I also loved the modern, refreshing showers and the elegant, thoughtfully designed rooms. From the warm welcome when I arrived to the professional yet genuinely friendly service, everything reflected comfort and quality. La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich was a wonderful mix of luxury and warmth, and I can't wait to return.

Richard deserves major credit for being such a great bartender. He was empathetic and seemed to anticipate what people would need. The bar manager also made our evening special by keeping an eye on our reserved areas. Juliana managed our corporate events incredibly well and planned every part thoroughly. She made our week in Zurich so memorable that I can't imagine going to another restaurant for events again.

The room had a really nice view, but the toiletries, like the shampoo and shower gel, were disappointingly watery, and the pillows weren't good. Staff at La Muna's restaurant were extremely rude and disrespectful, and hotel guests didn't seem to get priority. It didn't feel much like a five-star hotel.
