The location is really good, and the road is quiet. It was also cheap compared with other places in the city. But our 60m2 apartment at nr. 19 was very basic and dirty at the entrance, and the apartment itself felt poorly equipped and worn. There was very old furniture, just one bedside table, and the lamp on the other side didn’t work. The old wood floor had black scratches and was dirty. The kitchen had a tiny washing machine, but no detergent or sponge, just two towels. There were plates and cutlery for two, three pans, two glasses, and two cups. That’s not enough to invite anyone over, even for a drink, let alone cook a meal.

The place felt unsafe because both the main entrance door and garage door were broken. The apartment was in poor shape and didn’t look like the photos. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

A complete disaster. We spent four hours trying to get help because nobody answered the phone, so we had to go to the office to complain. The replacement apartments were just as bad, and the employee said the price would be refunded. We’ll see. The apartment was filthy and damaged throughout. The floor was dirty, the windows were dirty, the drawers were dirty, and the place smelled of cigarettes. There were still cigarette butts on the balcony. The sheets were stained, the bed was old, and the mattress was unusable. For two people, the blanket inside the double cover was only a single blanket. There was mold in the shower, broken pots, a damaged table and stovetop, and a damaged TV. The kettle and iron were missing, the hairdryer was broken, and there wasn’t enough equipment. DO NOT BOOK.
