It's okay for one to three nights, but I wouldn't stay longer. The apartment was clean, and the stars are for its location, with great public transport connections. Floor 0 was really noisy at night. They forgot the hand towels, and the entrance light kept flickering on and off.

I stayed in September 2023 and would definitely recommend these apartments for either a short or long visit. Friday nights can be a bit noisy, though that's hard to avoid on Zürich's lively streets. They also didn't provide instructions for the TV or other HiFi equipment. My one concern was a missing seal along one side of the shower cabin, which let water onto the floor. The location is about a 25-minute walk to Zürich HB, or 30 minutes to the bus station, with tram stops a short walk away. Free WiFi connected very well. My ground-floor apartment had secure shutters and pretty curtains for privacy. It was lovely, clean, and well appointed, with a nicely furnished seating area, TV, and plenty of lighting. The bed was a comfortable double with feather pillows. The small kitchenette had everything I needed, including washing-up liquid, though it only had one cooking pot and would be better with two. The shower room was very clean, with a hairdryer and pleasant-smelling toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap in a dispenser. There was one extra-large bath sheet and one large towel, both fluffy and white.

The apartment was dirty when we arrived, but of course there was no refund once we'd started the trip. The kitchen plate was ergonomically unusable, and the bed looked like a cat had crawled over it. I could see the animal's fingerprints on the completely dirty window glass. The furniture was worn, and what we got was 100% different from the furniture on the website. I could go on, but I'd only make myself angrier.

The customer service is really poor. They chase you through every channel if you owe them a few CHF, but when they owe you thousands from the safety deposit, reimbursement takes way more than a month. Message them about it and they can take days to reply. The building is dated, though the location is good. There are two washing machines, which makes it hard to find a good time to do laundry. There was no Internet at all in the room, and the furniture was tired. Other than that, amazing.
