The outdoor shower under the mango tree was such a calming experience, with chickens all around. The place was quiet, and the WiFi and air conditioning were excellent. It’s fairly close to the airport, which worked well for business travel, though it isn’t really near a beach. The host was super friendly, and the instructions sent ahead made arriving easy. Breakfast was very simple: cereal, toast, and some fruit.

We walked down to the local shops and bus most days, and the whole place was beautiful and relaxing. The pool and spas were fantastic, and our room and the facilities were generous. The bed was really comfortable, and the outdoor shower and bath worked a treat. Everyone on staff was welcoming and helpful with making the most of our holiday. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kia orana villas.

We enjoyed the sunny 20 minute walk into town to browse the shops and have breakfast at different cafes, though Avarua is about a 2 minute drive away. After a hot day touring, the pool was very welcome. Our room had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer that made life easy. Sane and the team at Kia Orana Villas were incredibly helpful and friendly, and made us feel welcome. Thanks again, and we hope to stay with you in the future!

Villa 4 was poolside, well equipped, and serviced daily, and the pool stayed crystal clear without ever feeling crowded. We also enjoyed the massages. Kia Orana Villas are tucked away quietly above town, just 3 minutes away by car. Sane and her staff went out of their way to help the three of us, and Sane does everything she can to make the stay comfortable and hassle free. Booking well ahead is advisable. Thanks, Sane and crew!

One of the highlights of our trip was breakfast each morning in the cafe, where the great conversations had us laughing the whole time. Joe and Sane were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome, the hospitality was spectacular. We stayed in the self contained honeymoon villa, which had everything we needed, and the location was awesome. We loved Kia Orana Villas and will definitely come back. We highly recommend staying here, 10/10, can't fault it.
