Manuia Beach Resort

The restaurant was very good, with delicious food and super friendly staff, and it was handy having it right there. The pool is well positioned, with seats and umbrellas by the beach. Staff were welcoming, there were free guest activities during the week, and the airport pickup and drop-off service was a bonus. The resort feels well priced, and we'd recommend it to others. Our main downsides were the patchy wifi and no TV in the bedroom. We like watching Netflix at night, so we used our laptop instead. Definitely better than the Little Polynesian.

We only went to the Sunday night buffet and fire show, we didn't stay at the resort. The food was top notch, the service excellent, and the music and fire dancers were extremely talented. The buffet and show were unbelievable, better than any luaus I've been to before. Drinks were affordable and the staff were friendly. It's an absolute must, you'd regret missing it.

The Wednesday afternoon drinks and nibbles are a lovely touch. The manager hosts them, with delicious snacks and a cocktail from the outstanding chefs at OTB restaurant, on site at The Manuia. It's handy that the restaurant sits next to the infinity pool and beachfront, whether you want refreshments, to sunbathe or to spot whales. The villas are comfortable and surrounded by beautiful gardens. My husband and I have stayed here several times over the last couple of years, and the staff always make us feel welcome. They're professional and friendly, so we feel very much at home. Highly recommended for Adults only.

The pool and restaurant right on the beach made for beautiful scenery, and the food and cocktails were delicious. We spent three lovely nights at this beautiful resort, with its lovely room, gorgeous trees and heaps of amenities. The staff were friendly, accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We'll be coming back!
