The hotel doesn't seem bad, but no one tells you that some rooms don't have air conditioning. It gets unbearably hot, impossible to stay in. Luckily, the front desk staff canceled my reservation, and I moved somewhere else.

I travel often, and this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I wouldn't even give it one star, though Google won't let me leave zero. Here's why. My King Room was about the size of a prison cell. You get one towel, and housekeeping sometimes leaves you with none. Good luck getting another. I booked two weeks for a work project and was charged for the full stay right away. The hotel was so bad that I checked out after two days, when a nearby hotel first had an opening. They said there were no refunds even for nights I wouldn't use, and honestly, paying for both weeks to avoid staying there would be worth it. If you're American, don't stay here: none of the staff speak English, while nearby hotels have plenty of English-speaking staff. The neighboring hotels have over 2,000 reviews, while this one has about 500. They're crooks. I'm sure they'll delete this review.

The accommodation was great, and the location is perfect, right by the mall. Av. Croatia, where the restaurants are, is accessible and about a 10-minute taxi ride away. There aren't many food options at the hotel, but that wouldn't stop me from staying again.

We could get to everywhere we needed in just a few minutes from this convenient location. The apartment had a big refrigerator and a coffee maker, and with the grocery store next door it was easy to feed the whole family.

Breakfast was great, and the room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The late check-in is listed as 3:00 pm, but we weren't actually able to check in until 3:40 pm, so I couldn't give it five stars. The location is great, too.
