The room looked out over the harbor, so at least the view was nice. The hotel itself is old and has a musty smell. When we arrived, the owner asked us to cancel our Booking.com reservation and pay 10,000 pesos extra, even though we weren't given the room we'd booked. The so-called kitchen has only a microwave and kettle. The stove and fridge don't work, and there isn't a sink. We had to wash dishes in the bathroom, with no hot water, sponge, or dish soap.

I wouldn't recommend it. Nothing really stands out, and the beds were uncomfortable. The place also has a strong musty odor and not much natural light. With no sink, guests have to wash the few dishes the hostel has in the bathroom.

The location is good, but the place needs care. Our ocean-view windows were broken, the beds were old cots, and the linens felt rough and worn. The bathroom was awful. For one night in a room for two, we paid 40,000 pesos. A hotel charging that much for its location should put some love into the property. It has a lot of potential and is beautiful, but it's been neglected. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The low price and location are the only good points. There isn't really a kitchen, just a microwave and kettle, and no sink, so dishes have to be washed in the bathroom. There's one toilet, no sponge, and a musty smell throughout the hostel. The dish selection is tiny: cups, glasses, small plates, three spoons, and one knife. That's it. I've attached a photo.

Mr. Juvenal provided excellent service, and the prices were very good, actually the cheapest for this location. The place was comfortable and very peaceful during my two-night stay in January. The bathrooms are shared, which was fine overall. The one downside was that there was no kitchen or sink.
