Gran Cavancha Suite

We stayed for 4 days in July, traveling with our family of five, including three kids. One of my kids was sick and we needed fresh bed sheets. I called the front desk numerous times and kept being told someone would come, but nobody came up the first night, so we changed them ourselves. The next morning I called again and asked someone to collect the dirty sheets. A couple of hours later, someone finally came. At checkout, they made things worse by adding a $70.00 (U.S) charge, saying sheet washing wasn’t included in the booking price. I didn’t argue because I just wanted to leave. The underground parking lot is extremely small and doesn’t fit families with larger vehicles.

We had a lovely time up on the rooftop, especially watching the New Year's fireworks over town and the ocean. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was great.

The sea view was amazing, and the staff were helpful with all sorts of questions. The rooms were very clean, too. Breakfast costs extra, but it was delicious.

The rooftop pool was a nice touch, and the restaurant had good food. It's a cool hotel, with nice rooms and close to everything.
