Nina, the manager, welcomed us and saw us off with open arms. She was so kind, and the service from her and the maid team was excellent. The place is pretty, comfortable, and wonderful, with nothing bad to say about it. We appreciated the affordable café for breakfast, and it’s close to a canopy tour where even neighbors get a discount, as well as a wonderful enchanted forest. The only drawback is the distance from the highway on the way to the volcano, about six kilometers, so we had to rent a car. Aside from that, everything was fine.

The owners were very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. This peaceful place is near the volcano and has parking and hot water. Our cabin was set up for four, but they added a mattress so five of us could stay. It also had an electric heater, and the bathroom was spacious and pleasant.

It was a special place to relax, away from the city’s noise, with birds singing at dawn. The owner was very friendly and always ready to suggest places to visit. They also have room service, which is another point to consider. I loved it.

Set in the beautiful surroundings of Villarrica National Park, this place is lovely and charming. It’s just a six-minute drive from the city center, and a great place to relax and disconnect.

A terrible place, and the business they advertise doesn’t exist. The cabins were in a deplorable state of cleanliness, full of spiders. It was a horrible experience with family. They wouldn’t even refund the reservation deposit, even though we didn’t use the facilities. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
