We could tell how much thought and care our hosts put into giving us a lovely stay and memories to take home. The hospitality was exceptional, and we got a guided walk around their organic farm with plenty of explanation about the local plants and animals. The food was so good that we ate all three of our dinners there, with a Pisco Sour aperitif, of course. Everything came from their farm or nearby neighbors. Breakfast was a real treat too, with homemade bread and plenty of dishes, a perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights of our trip through Chile.

The biggest highlights were Andreas' warm welcome, his helpful suggestions, and the volcano trek he arranged for me, along with Gabriella's incredible cooking, mostly made with their own organic produce. We had a wonderful three-night stay at Landhaus. The spacious, comfortable rooms were clean, and the grounds were lovely to explore, with animals, trees, and glorious views of Villarrica volcano. Andreas and Gabriella were fantastic hosts, and the fresh, organic food was delicious. This was easily the best of all the places we stayed. We couldn't have asked for a better end to our time in Chile's Lake District. Such a wonderful place, I can't recommend it enough. Go there!

The farm animals give the place a real farm feel, with dogs, cats, and chickens wandering around. The rooms are clean and cozy, and so are the downstairs "lobby" and the outdoor seating area. Most of the food is homemade from the farm and tastes delicious. The staff are friendly and caring, and helped us plan outings based on what we liked and the weather. An absolutely lovely place, I can't recommend it highly enough.

The comfortable rooms aren't luxurious, but the welcome, location, and food are excellent. Andreas gave us great advice and lent us maps of nearby things to do. When we left a small item behind, they posted it to us promptly. We only wish we'd been able to stay longer.
