Hotel Costaustralis

The cleaning staff and receptionist got my wallet back to me before I left, and I’m so grateful! I hadn’t even realized I’d dropped it ❤️🙏 We stayed on the 4th floor and checked out on March 4th. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with wonderful staff, a great breakfast, a fantastic sea view, and a very convenient location. Highly recommend! Here’s a picture from our room on the 4th floor.

The views from the window were amazing, and breakfast was second to none. The service was just as good as the top-notch rooms, with every detail taken care of, from popcorn at the bar to individual check-ins while we relaxed. A wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. Highly recommend!

The team really made the stay. We arrived 10hrs before check-in, and they offered us an extra breakfast for free so we wouldn’t have to go out. They also made a packed lunch for our 04:30am start. Such a kind gesture for a couple of very tired travellers! The hotel is amazing, a big step up from what’s available, with plenty of food options and very high quality for the price. If you can, book them!

The elevator chime kept going off. I could only hear it from the bathroom, thankfully, but I think it would drive me crazy in a room nearer the elevator. The hotel Wi-Fi was incredibly weak in the rooms and kept dropping out. Those are my two small complaints; otherwise, it was a completely enjoyable stay in a remarkable town. The location and views are unmatched, and the staff are wonderful and helpful. Almost everyone speaks English easily if they notice you’re struggling with Spanish. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with an egg station where they’ll make different kinds of eggs for you.
