The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and nice, but the room let the place down. It needed repairs and a thorough clean. The shower tray and doors were rusty, though the water was hot and came out with strong pressure. The bed was big and comfortable. There was a strong smell of cheap aftershave, too. A window looking onto the main corridor meant we had to hang a quilt over it whenever the light was on, so people couldn't see into the room.

The service was nice, and the location is right in the center. The room itself was acceptable, but rooms next to the bathroom really need curtains on their windows. I kept waking up when someone left the bathroom light on and it shone straight into my eyes. It put me in a bad mood for hiking that day.

It's easy to get around from here, and the location is great for exploring on foot. The rooms are fairly large and clean by hostel standards. Breakfast is simple but enough. Parking can be tricky, though it's possible.

The breakfast was reasonably good, and the central location in Puerto Nateles is the hostel's one real advantage. My room, the shared bathroom, and the public toilet were shabby and dirty. If you book through booking.com, be prepared to pay extra for tourist tax and booking commission at check-in. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The location was great, and I felt safe, but the room was very dirty and had a strange smell. The shared bathroom was so-so, and the WiFi didn't reach my room. There was a frosted window facing the hallway and bathrooms that couldn't be covered. Every few hours I woke up when the bathroom lights came on.
